Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traviamo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, families, cohort administrators, and venue partners.

2. Account Types & Eligibility

The Platform offers three primary account types:

• Single Family: For individual households with K–12 children. One account per household.
• Cohort / Co-op: For groups of 3–30 families learning together, administered by a designated cohort leader.
• Venue Partner: For museums, farms, historic sites, and other educational destinations seeking to list activities and accept bookings.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Family Free accounts are offered at no charge. Family Plus and Cohort subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime from your Account settings. Founding-member pricing is locked for 12 months from the subscription start date.

Venue Partners pay no upfront fees. A 6% booking fee applies only to bookings attributed to the Platform. Partners maintain full control over their pricing, capacity, and availability.

4. Venue Partner Booking Fee

Venue Partners agree to a 6% booking fee on net booking revenue directly attributable to Traviamo. Attribution is determined by tracking links, Platform checkout, or verified referral codes. Partners receive monthly reconciliation statements via the partner dashboard.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) post false or misleading information about venues or events; (b) harass other users, venue staff, or Platform support; (c) attempt to circumvent booking or payment systems; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission; or (e) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, field notes, photos, or other content, you grant Traviamo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You retain ownership. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Traviamo is a discovery and booking platform. We do not own, operate, or endorse any listed venue. Venue quality, safety, and educational accuracy are the responsibility of the venue partner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traviamo is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from venue visits, bookings, or Platform use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users may delete their account from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
