4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Venue Partners: Booking details, headcount, and emergency contact information necessary to fulfill your reservation.
- Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics vendors under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Cohort Members: If you join a cohort, your name and trip attendance may be visible to other members per cohort settings.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. ESA and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years per tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular audits. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage users to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.
7. Children's Privacy
Traviamo is designed for families with children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children's profiles are managed by the parent or legal guardian account holder. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
