Traviamo Venue Partner Terms

These terms apply when a venue, attraction or program provider ("you") applies to partner with Traviamo or is listed on traviamo.org. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Applying
Submitting the partner application tells us you're authorized to act for your organization and that the information you give us is accurate. We review applications and may accept or decline any of them.
2. Your listing
Once accepted, we publish a venue page with your name, logo, photos, description, hours, prices and ticketing information. You give us permission to use content you send us or that appears on your official website, only to list and promote you on Traviamo. You can ask us to change or remove anything, and we'll do it within 5 business days.
3. No listing fee
Listing, the partner dashboard and partner tools are free. Paid promotion is optional and only by separate written agreement.
4. Selling tickets through Traviamo
Before we sell any tickets for you, we'll both sign the Traviamo Venue Partner Agreement. Its key terms: Traviamo keeps 6% of tickets sold through Traviamo checkout; nothing is owed on tickets you sell yourself, through your website, box office or any other channel, even if the family found you on Traviamo; Traviamo pays all card processing, refund and chargeback fees, and they never come out of your payout; we pay you every 30 days by ACH or check, with a payout report listing every order; you set your own prices, capacity and refund policy, and Traviamo members get 10% off, applied at checkout; founding partners who sign by December 31, 2026 keep 6% through 2027; the 6% can rise to a maximum of 8%, only with 30 days' written notice, and you can leave without penalty if you don't accept the change.
5. Non-exclusive
You keep selling however you like. We may list other venues, including your competitors.
6. Your visit, your rules
You're responsible for your premises, staff, programs, safety and supervision rules, and for keeping your listing accurate. Traviamo doesn't run or supervise any venue.
7. Family data
We share only what you need to admit and serve a group: lead name, headcount, and attendee first names or ages when an event requires them. We never share children's profiles, interests or learning details. Use what we share only to deliver the visit.
8. Honest reviews
Families may post honest reviews of their visits. We don't publish fake reviews or remove reviews for being negative.
9. Ending things
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time. If a signed agreement is in place, its termination terms apply.
10. Signed agreement controls
If these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
